62nd Hanover Builders’ Home & Garden Show 2014
Ryan’s Landscaping has been participating in the Hanover Builders’ Home & Garden Show for over five years. We are glad to be apart of the Hanover community and enjoy participating in activities that promote the local area’s events.
Dates: Thursday, Friday and Saturday March 6th through March 8th.

Cost: Admission is FREE since the show is located in the mall.
The show benefits The Exchange Club of Hanover’s Scholarship Fund, community service projects, and efforts to prevent child abuse.

Ryan’s Landscaping has been serving the Gettysburg and Adams County area for several years. We are happy to be apart of the Adams County community and enjoy participating in activities that promote the local area’s events. Tree Clean Up After Winter Snow & Ice Storms
Do you have winter storm damage from snow & ice? Ryan’s Landscaping is here to help.
During winter storms ice and snow tend to accumulate in trees, which can cause the top portion of trees to snap, branches to fall on homes, cars, etc., and in some instances, the whole tree may fall. When this happens, we may be able to care for the tree in such a way as to save it, or it may need to be removed altogether.

We hired Ryan’s landscaping for our new home, and were very happy with the job Ryan and his crew did. We had landscaping done on all four sides of our home, and elected to have stone put down instead of mulch. It looks great and we don’t have to re-mulch every year!
We also opted for a stone border along our beds versus the plastic tubing, per Ryan’s recommendation, and we are glad we did! We now have beautiful landscaping, with very little maintenance!

My wife and I moved into a newly build home in November of 2011. Lawn was seeded, but needed additional landscaping. We were able to locate Ryan and have him provide us with outstanding service then, and now when we need additional work done on the property. Ryan put steps into the back yard so that my wife was able to walk up a hill to her garden. He has maintained our plant and flower beds since 2011 and we are looking forward to his continued present here around our home.

What is an interlocking concrete paver?
An interlocking concrete paver is a special type of paver. This special type of paver, also known as a segmental paver, has emerged over the last couple of decades.
When one thinks of interlocking paving stones one often gets the idea of dog bone shape stones that fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. That is not the case at all. The interlocking comes from the fact that each stone cannot move independently from its neighbor. In fact there are two important aspects of an interlocking paving stone job that keeps the pavers interlocked.
